Easy Clean Paint Sprayer

Each of the end of the workmanship is clean. This section is practically very important to maintain optimum quality sprayer when used the next time. If you ignore this final step, then you are including people who don’t care about important tools. And this will lead to losses for you. Why? Because by not cleaning sprayer, the sprayer you will experience the impact damage. If damaged, of course you have to buy a new sprayer. Do you have enough money to buy a new sprayer?

Therefore, we must keep clean your sprayer device in a way which I will reveal in this paper. When you are finished painting for the day, the intake hose from the spray paint into a bucket of water (for latex-based paint) or lacquer thinner (for oil-based paint). Point the spray gun into a bucket of paint and pull the trigger to use any paint that will be saved for later. Release the trigger before the water or spray lacquer thinner starting out. Point the gun into a throw-away and let the paint bucket and the remaining water or spraying thinner through. Continue spraying water or thinner into the throw-away buckets of water or more to thin out clean and clear. And finally, clean the filter that is used lacquer thinner with a clean cloth towel and put the used thinner back into the original container for reuse. Now, you are finished cleaning the paint sprayer.

    I just have to add, gun clean up is the most crucial factor to effecient use. Taking a small amount of time to thoroughly clean your equipment daily, will lead not only to longer life span of the gun and hose, but saves you tons of time having to clear clogs or make extra coats due to non-uniform fan patterns.
